Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with a wide variety of global clients Knowledge of Apache, load balancers and exposure to RedHat Linux and/or AWS is a plus. Configuring SSL Certificates and Self Signed Certificates . Tomcat, JBoss, J2EE. Ability to assess, trouble-shoot and resolve a wide variety of issues on the container platform Ability to consistently adhere to case management practices, polices and guidelines Experience in working with enterprise production environments and related processes/tools - i.e. change requests, incident follow-up, etc Scope of work: Provide client -facing support as part of the Container Platform Customer Solutions Team (CP-CST), which is part of the Enterprise Platform Service (EPS) team under the IT Global Infrastructure Service (GIS) organization. CP-CST manages all (internal Cisco) customer engagement for the container platform. Tasks covered under this SOW include: Perform troubleshooting and resolution of production and non-production client issues, and also answer questions via all active engagement channels Provide live support during migrations and releases (i.e. ERMO) Create & maintain internal knowledge-base content Create & maintain client-facing support content, including FAQs, How-tos, standards & best practices and other self-service-focused material Create & maintain tools and automation that aid in improving the customer support experience Current planned customer engagement channels are as follows: o Case management system (Servicenow/ESP) - primary for issues o Webex Teams - primary for questions o Email - secondary for questions Focus will be on priority P3 - P6 client-reported issues and queries, however there will be engagement as needed on priority P1/P2 with the container platform SRE team Global coverage for CP-CST is 5x24 however weekend work is required during releases/cutover or significant issue resolution activities Follow all applicable guidelines, policies and best practices (i.e. case management, change management, security, etc) Requires weekend on-call for planned releases   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
