The selected candidate will work with DENR business units to complete the coding of a compliance module that will enable violations to be tracked and generate a variety of enforcement documents. In additional the candidate will work with DENR ITS to maintain compliance with all DENR and State development requirements. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements: Required: -Minimum of (7) seven years experience in the design, development and documentation of MS Access-based applications. -Experience exporting data to flat files for submission to an enterprise Oracle database. -Experience with Advanced configurations of Access. -Experience with database design, implementation and documentation. -Ability to work independently with flexibility and positive attitude. -Exceptional oral, written and interpersonal skills -Must be familiar with all aspects of MS Access development including Forms, Visual Basic for Applications, MS Word VBA, MS Excel, ActiveX Data Objects, MS Access SQL and Query design and advanced methods of exporting data in CSV and Text formats.
