Assist in the analysis for a project to replace the existing MPS I-Pay time and attendance system. 2. Assist in the development and maintenance of the MPS PeopleSoft Self Service application. Tasks may include: ? Finalize and implement the new hire process. ? Finalize and implement benefits open enrollment. 3. Finalize development for tracking and notification of employee health and dental premium contributions in arrears. 4. Develop a process to change before-tax to after-tax contribution for employee (“EE”) premium and pension contributions. 5. Develop and enhance customizations to support tracking of pension contributions for different bargaining units. Develop an SQR report for auditing contributions. 6. Develop interfaces to comply with the Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS) and other benefits vendor requirements. 7. Assist in the development of Labor Relations databases and reports, including a misconducts database to track disciplinary matters. 8. Assist in the development of a system to automate the tuition reimbursement process to facilitate tracking of reimbursements and better enforce benefit limits. 9. Develop a batch process to allow for easier creation or modification of staff positions as new accounts are added to the MPS financial system (IFAS) and PeopleSoft charts of accounts. 10. Assist in the development and enhancement of processes to quickly and easily identify and address PeopleSoft data entry errors and data integrity issues Skills : 1. Oracle 10g 2. Unix 3.
