The new CAMM NET website layout design shall meet and incorporate the following requirements: • Compatibility with most modern browsers including latest versions of Internet Explorer, Mozilla Foxfire, Google Chrome, Safari, and Opera. • Serviceable by most portable internet devices such as smart phones and tablet Personal Computers. • Webpage layout designed to utilize widescreen monitors through the use of a liquid webpage layout or a combined fixed and liquid webpage layout. • The new layout does not need to duplicate or be restricted by the look and feel of the new OCTA.net website layout currently in development. However, because some vendors access the CAMM NET website through the OCTA.net website, the new CAMM NET website layout shall have a similar and compatible color scheme. • Supports future social media solutions currently in development. • Supports video. • The new CAMM NET website layout shall make the website more functional, engaging, and appealing. The new layout shall provide a userfriendly experience that maintains or enhances the ability of vendors to register, update their profile, view procurements, submit online bids, download solicitation documents, and learn how to do business at OCTA.
