Day to Day job Duties: (What this person will do on a daily/weekly basis) • -10+ years of experience as an Oracle Apps DBA with Oracle EBS, FMW, SoA & Data warehousing application administration experience • -Excellent communication and presentation skills • -Good experience in Oracle 10G/11G/R12-RAC and Non0RAC databases on Linux, AIX and Solaris. • -Good experience in installing and configuring Oracle Ebusiness suite R12.1.x and R12.2.x • -Experience in Resolving Concurrent Manager related issues. • -Experience in SSO using OID/ OVM/ OAM from AD to EBS. • -Experience in troubleshooting Database and EBiz issues. • _Experience in Configuring workflow Managers. • -Good experience with Grid computing and RAC • -Scheduled jobs(Backups, Concurrent manager jobs) • -Administration of concurrent managers • -Patch Management • -Experience with UNIX/Shell/Perl scripting • -Pro-active monitoring • -Database/Apps process • -Administration of concurrent managers • -Performance tuning • -Monitoring of database performance • -Scheduling database RMAN Back-up and recovery processes. • -Experience with tools such as OEM • Ability to multi task while maintaining high quality of deliverables. Travel: This position requires someone who can work at client location and travel if required to achieve it. Preferred location is Dallas, Tx.
