We have a need for a Senior Oracle Contract Life-Cycle Management (CLM) SME with experience with requirements gathering and implementation to provide implementation support Oracle EBS 12.1.3 and above. We need a functional resource responsible for the following: Gather functional requirements. Create Requirement traceability matrix (RTM) Fix existing configuration issues. Configure-reconfigure the system per the requirements. Conduct conference room pilot for the user community. Decide if technical help will be needed to achieve his/her goals. Help client adopt the module. Get client sign-off on RTM Purpose/Duties of Position: Provide requirement analysis, process review, configuration and development, documentation, and implementation services and system enhancements. Identify and document requirements working with users. Develop process designs and adds new system configurations to enable designs. Develop test plans, provide testing documentation, and perform testing activities. Assist with training sessions and documentation as needed. Provide input to planning and scheduling direction for project and release management. Provide leadership and expertise to analyze, implement, stabilize, troubleshoot and recommend break fix solutions and improvements based upon “best practices” on Contract Life-Cycle Management. Document all recommendations, requirements, design, configurations, meeting notes, test scripts and results, and project issues as needed. Skills required to fill purpose/duties of position listed above including: The successful candidate must have experience driving best practices in at least 2 previous CLM Implementations. Experience in public sector environment a huge plus. This person will be primarily functional, so no programming experience is needed. Strong Oracle Procure to Pay and CLM experience. Must be able to clear a federal background check - applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Additional Qualifications Preferred: Bachelors degree or equivalent related experience. Demonstrated excellent customer service skills. Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and technical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel.
