High volume real-time application, processing > 500m transactions per day. Required skills: Ability to manage application support releases including scoping coordinating testing, providing and tracking status, communication with the client. Ability to manage application support functions including metrics tracking, issue / problem management and resolution processes. The project uses traditional SDLC and Agile methodologies, so it is imperative that the resource is able to work independent and quickly be able to manage and drive issues to resolution and communicate status to senior management and clients.
