Job Description :

* Minimum of 6-8 years of IT work experience focused in Data Acquisition and Data Integration using DataStage
* Experience integrating the components of the following ORACLE, SQL and Data Stage (ETL)
* Deep Experience working with flat files, XML transformations
* Deep experience in Data Acquisition and Data Integration
* Deep experience in ETL development using DataStage V8.x
* Ability to design multi-tiered data delivery applications based on given requirements
* Ability to facilitate requirements and design sessions with analytic business users
* Experience creating high level and low level designs and working with business stakeholders
* Minimum 6-8 years Experience with ORACLE
* Analyzes performance and capacity issues of the highest complexity with systems / applications software and/or application components.
* Provides mentoring and training to junior staff.
* Excels at working collaboratively with IT staff on development, troubleshooting, and other technical efforts.
* Translates business requirements into functional / technical specifications; oversees implementation of these specifications.

* File/table sizing information
* File/table volume information
* File retention/archival information
* Documentation on how the data will be transformed

* ETL Performance Test Plan
* Mapping Specification
* Mappings
* Workflows
* Unit Test Documentation
* Tested ETL processes
* Validated ETL processes
* Accurate and efficient ETL process moved to production

Required Skills :

* 6-8 plus years of IT work experience in IBM DataStage is a MUST
* 6-8 plus years of IT work experience in Oracle RDBMS is a MUST
* 1-2 Years of Autosys is desirable
