The applications were built using Oracle APEX with a single Oracle schema behind all four (4) applications. PROJECT APPROACH AND SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractors PAQ Response should include a Project Overview, Resources, Approach/Methodology, Change Control Plan, Issue Tracking Plan, Assumptions and Quality Assurance Plan. The Contractor must provide a detailed description and firm, fixed price for each deliverable. The description must specify the tasks to be completed for each deliverable and the time frames in which the tasks will be completed. The Contractor should provide a work breakdown structure or project plan. (Describe) LIST OF DELIVERABLES: • Conduct business analysis and produce scope of work for the conversion of the APEX applications to consume Oracle stored procedures, packages and/or functions • Project plan for the conversion (if the Oracle APEX upgrade is part of this requirement, it would be included in the plan as well). • Cost estimate for the conversion AGENCY TASKS and/or ITSD RESPONSIBILITIES: • ITSD and WIC program staff available for reviewing the application(s) and the APEX tool as currently setup. • Physical space and equipment provided for contractor staff assigned to this project. • Software that will be included is Microsoft Office Professional and APEX. • Project management for this project is provided by ITSD. • ITSD development staff are available throughout the terms of the PAQ to demonstrate the application, provide standards information and assistance as necessary throughout the business analysis. The availability is approximately 50% per day until this project is completed. • ITSD project management staff are available throughout the terms of the PAQ; average available time is an hour per day until this project is completed. • WIC program staff are available throughout the terms of the PAQ. • SharePoint, email, conference calls and physical meetings are all appropriate and available means of communication.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
