This role will provide day to day support of Factory systems and network connectivity needs for the facility, working to ensure timely resolution to IT issues and assist with IT related projects to ensure information is accessible and secure. Education Requirements: Candidate must have a 4-year degree in Computer Science or a related Information Systems Degree Technical Skills Candidate should have basic networking and PC troubleshooting skills. Below are some desirable skillsets that would be a good fit for this role: • 1 -3 years of experience with Microsoft Applications, i.e. Sharepoint, PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, etc. • 1 -3 years of database experience with Oracle or SQL related systems • 1 - 3 years of experience with Factory based applications and systems • Knowledge of Windows Active Directory and managing related organizational structures • MCSE Certification, Dell PC Certification and / or A+ Certification • 1 - 3 years of Application Development experience • 1 - 3 years SAP ERP experience • Understand IT Service Management and ITIL based support processes (Incident Management, Change Management Problem management) Soft Skills: Below are the desirable soft skills for this role: · Candidate should have strong communication skills and be able to provide a positive customer support experience · Candidate must demonstrate strong team working skills and an ability to forge relationships with key IT organizations and suppliers to achieve success in delivering IT Solutions or resolution to issues · Ability to work independently and manage ones time · Individuals should demonstrate innovative qualities to explore new technologies · Comfortable being on your feet and working in a manufacturing environment such as wearing appropriate safety equipment and learning how to navigate a manufacturing environment safely · Sense of urgency to resolve key outages or production line down situations as well as occasional off-shift support activities when required.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
