TWC may include pre-selection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Workers) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by the Texas law. TWC will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Worker(s). TWC currently runs the Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System (CAPPS), which consists of PeopleSoft Financials version 9.2 baseline and Texas statewide modifications made by CPA. TWC uses the following modules in PeopleSoft Financials: General Ledger (including Commitment Control), Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable/Billing, Purchasing and Asset Management. TWC uses an Oracle database and AIX servers. TWC will be developing a contract administration system within CAPPS to replace TWCs Contract Administration ad Tracking system (CATS) and migrate former DARS contracts off the Health and Human Services Contract Administration and Tracking System (HCATS). The project will be conducted in two phases; phase one will include developing the new system and migrating off HCATS, phase two will include migrating off CATS. Workers will augment TWCs Finance – Functional Support team and lead fit/gap analyses, prepare design specifications, assist with security configuration, develop and execute test scenarios, conduct accessibility testing, prepare procedural documents, prepare and deliver end user training, and provide post go-live support. Required Skills: * Implementing/upgrading ERP systems * Functional support to implement, upgrade or maintain PeopleSoft Financials version 8.8 or higher, with specific experience in at least two of the following modules: Purchasing, eProcurement, Strategic Sourcing, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Asset Management, and Supplier Contracts Desired Skills: * Designing, implementing/upgrading, or maintaining ProjectONE / Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System (CAPPS Financials) * Designing, implementing/upgrading, or maintaining Integrated Statewide Administrative System (ISAS) * Performing accessibility testing of a web-based application   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
