Toolset include: Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, Katalon, Selenium and UFT. Knowledge and experience with PeopleSoft (9.2) Experienced with planning, scheduling and coordinating large scale ERP test schedules across multiple teams and multiple locations Experience in writing test plans, test cases and test automation. In-depth skills in software testing, emphasis on testing web application platforms In-depth understanding of the design, development and analysis of software. In-depth skills associated with software design, modification, implementation and analysis. Interpersonal skills in order to work with both technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization. Ability to elicit and communicate technical and non-technical information in a clear and concise manner. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience working in software development or quality organizations, writing QA tools and automated tests for web-based and mobile applications Understands compliance requirements for applicable industry or agency standards. Knowledge of the ISO standards and the Compatibility Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) model. Self-motivated, ability to learn quickly, meet deadlines, works independently and as part of a team and demonstrate problem-solving skills. Thorough knowledge of other areas of IT. Knowledge of department processes and procedures. RESPONSIBILITIES Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements Monitor debugging process results Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Is innovative, can simplify, and has relentlessly high standards Can juggle testing of multiple releases with multiple dependencies Able to handle an extremely fast pace while maintaining the highest quality standards Ability to understand technical specifications, designs and code.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
