Familiarity with Portal Technology and Workflow. Experience with Change Assistant, PeopleSoft Upgrade, PeopleSoft Patching Strong SQL skills; ability to work with DBAs to perform performance tuning. Experience with Oracle 11g is helpful. Functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM, ELM and Portal preferably with ; prefer functional understanding of HR, Benefits, Payroll Interface, MSS, ESS, ePerformance. Ability to work independently to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Working knowledge of various app/web server log files and trace/debugging options. Ability to work well with technical staff, project managers, and users is essential. Experience with PeopleSoft v9x and PeopleTools 8.52 or later is a plus. Experience with PeopleSoft integration tools and strategies including Integration Broker and SOA. Knowledge of Oracle SOA Suite, BPEL, AIA, and fusion applications is a plus. Experience with setup/security/integration with Oracle WebLogic application server is strongly preferred Good understanding of Oracle 11g database Experience with Taleo Recruiting is desired Experience with PeopleSoft Security Administration is desired PeopleSoft security administration for HCM and ELM systems Provide accurate problem analysis and follow up with documentation. Perform thorough assessment of existing security roles and permission lists to provide recommendations for improvement. Document business process and procedures as well as maintaining accurate audit tracking logs of permission changes. Developer designs, plans, tests and implements remediations which meet functional and technical specifications of a large PeopleSoft HR application Responsible for applying technical knowledge, skills, and judgment to solve problems relating to HR systems and subsystems Assisting Sys Admins in verification of upgrade/patch environment Resolve issues on PS Audit report Analysis of compare reports Develop plan for customizations and other variances Work with technical and function team to remove customizations, leverage tools/application changes to support existing functionality Conduct Unit testing and resolve issues found in testing Support user testing and resolve issues found in testing Support performance/regression testing and resolve issues found in testing Support object migrations and complete required migration documentation Document requirements, design, and testing documentation Support data conversion (if required) Support security changes (if required) Work with Sys Admins and DBA on performance tuning Restructure existing reports, processes and queries (if required due to tools/app changes) Determine impact to Integration Broker and accommodate changes if necessary Support any required changes to the upgrade scripts Support verification of files sent to 3rd party vendors Support batch scheduling changes (if applicable) Requirements: A bachelors degree is preferred, but comparable accomplishments in PeopleSoft Development will be considered. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of [5+] years experience in PeopleSoft tools, development and systems analysis.
