The strategy, roadmap and architecture phases are complete. The next phase involves vendor evaluation, implementation, vendor integration, systems configuration and resolution of technical issues that arise. PR&R requires that the implemented solution will be well integrated to provide the necessary process improvements, customer experience, and data analytical capabilities set out in the strategy phase. Key County stakeholders include the Treasurer, Auditor, CIO, ERP Program Manager, and Deputy County Manager of Information and Public Records. The solution must work in conjunction with Ramsey Countys core ERP systems, network and security policies. This RFO is specifically requesting system analyst skills with experience in the areas of PeopleSoft ERP, Aumentum Tax, as well as strong analytical skills in researching and solving issues during the evaluation and implementation of new systems and upgrades to current systems. Thereafter, proposals where the resource(s) meets the Mandatory Qualifications will be scored in part on the extent to which the resource(s) exceeds these mandatory minimums.
