Description:

Client is looking for an exceptional individual, capable of taking advantage of an empowering environment. Specific background must include:
Minimum of 4+ years experience with PHP & mySQL.
Self motivated, innovative, capable of independent achievement
Develop cutting edge web applications. Research, analyze, implement and integrate new mechanisms and technologies within an interactive online environment. Design and develop database infrastructure and front end UI. Code, test and debug applications from written and verbal specifications. Utilize CSS, Javascript/Ajax, PHP, MySQL, MS-SQL, and XML..

Responsibilities:

Assisting in development and maintenance of website content and design and other electronic publications and applications to keep web information current. Maintaining internal and external company web pages, reformatting text, assuring hyper link integrity.
Creating and maintaining new web console modules for web marketing and company management.
Performing website content audits with recommendations for improvement.
Coordinating with Technical Web Master.
Data Entry to keep web information current.
Designing templates and style sheets used for web site development; and completing rush projects independently.
Ability to listen to personnel, understand their needs, propose alternatives, and specify the best solution.
Ability to constantly apply what you know and quickly learn new web technologies.

Required Skills:

* Understanding of Order Flows and Business Reporting
* Understanding of SOAP and the ability to implement 3rd party APIs
* Bash Scripting (linux shell and cron scheduling of jobs)
* Command Line PHP scripting
* Thorough understanding of XML
* Proficient in HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, MS-SQL, XML, JavaScript, AJAX.
* (Some;) Adobe Photoshop, Flash
* Microsoft Office

Expanding on dev requirements: examples;

* Ability to build an ecommerce shopping cart from ground up with the following in mind; quality, speed and the delivery of just the core web scripts if no bells/whistles requested.
* Should have a lot of transactional functions experience. ecommerce, complex sales data manipulation.
* Should have worked with mass data handling and custom reporting suites.
* Have experience with Apache, Subversion, basic server security, Subversion, FreeTDS,,, or similar.
* Have experience with PHP MySql, Java Script, AJAX, etc..
* Is talented and loves to code!

* Good interpersonal skills
* Must work well under pressure / tight deadlines
