Responsibilities: • Develop, enhance, and maintain web-based tools to support internal departments • Ensure that server functionality meets the needs of the clients and internal stakeholders • Develop toolsets supporting the development of mini-games /in-world experiences/ user requirements • Ensure that tools meet the needs of other production departments and developers • Write and maintain technical design documentation for functional changes • All teams are informed ahead of time changes Qualifications: • College degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS) or similar • 3 years of related experience • Experience developing web applications with PHP 5 utilizing an object oriented approach • Experience with building and deploying PHP based web applications and troubleshooting live deployment issues of these applications on multiple platforms, including Apache 2 • Knowledge of development utilizing multiple PHP framework Recess (or equivalent) • A solid understanding of MySQL, including database design and performance considerations • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g. SVN) • Software: PHP 5, Multiple frameworks (Recess), MySQL, Apache Skills & Abilities: • Loves to code • Strong attention to detail • Skilled in analysis and reporting • Responds well to feedback • Strong problem solving skills • Creates innovative ideas and solutions   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
