As part of this team, you will help with the wider adoption of Agile practices of project delivery to meet the increasing demand and keep up with the changing needs of our customers. In this highly visible role, you will act as a liaison between the business client and technology organizations by planning and leading programs and projects that solve complex business problems through strategic eCommerce-based solutions (e.g., Intranet and Internet). You will be responsible for managing project teams through the entire systems development life-cycle; managing project risks, issues and dependencies, and developing appropriate mitigation strategies and plans; managing project financials including sizings, forecasts, actual costs and budget deviations. Candidates should be self-starters, eager to learn and continue to grow and develop professionally, able to multi-task, work extremely well under tight deadlines, and be comfortable working with large, multi-disciplined technology and business teams. The Program Managers will be leading and supporting multiple workstreams/sub-programs within a very large program related to urgent COVID19 work within the Small Business Lending space (this is already established program). They can also serve as hands on Project managers for some of the projects to help organize them and drive them to quick resolution. They will be interacting directly with very senior leaders from the Small Business Lending and Wholesale LOBs as well as many other organizations including but not limited to Digital, Technology, SBL Operations, CSBB Operations, Marketing, Communication, HR, Reporting etc. The program managers will be accountable for organizing the larger program, optimizing the work and structure on an ongoing basis, ensuring that the sub-programs and projects have clear accountability and deliver the expected program results on time. This is an extremely fast paced program and requires very speedy decision making, knowledge, understanding of the subject matter and deep experience across several areas including but not limited to: Digital domain and multitude of Digital platforms (the experience delivered is only Digital), Small Business Lending, Business Lending Operations, Business Lending Technology, Marketing, Communications etc. Additional roles and responsibilities for the Project/Program manager role as defined by the program are listed below.
