ERP peopleso Description: The Program Manager directs, controls, administers, and regulates an enhancement or development program. Interviews are in person only. This assignment will be extended thru June 2015 The Client is seeking a Sr. level PM to assist the Client staff on the OAKS enterprise project. The successful candidate must have a large ERP design and implementation experience, preferably PeopleSoft. Experience in Project Management/Program Management systems is beneficial. Business intelligence experience is also desired. Required Skills: * All roles specified in the PM3 plus the following * Experience managing, coordinating and establishing priorties for complete life cycle projects * Experience managing and tracking the project progress against a project/program plan * Experience identifying and managing project risk and developing risk mitigation strategies, escalating as necessary * Experience capturing and reporting of required project management metrics * Experience ensuring that the strategic direction of the project is meeting milestones as defined; conducting reviews with stakeholders * Experience in large ERP design and implementation projects preferably Peoplesoft * Excellent organizational , detail oriented interpersonal and diplomatic communication skills * 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study Desired Skills: * Experience in Project management /Program Management Systems * Experience in Business Intelligence   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
