The Cybersecurity project is to improve the States ability to identify, protect, detect, and respond to cyber-attacks. b. The Contractor shall provide resumes of candidate ARPA Project Managers, within five (5) business days of the States request, to the STS ARPA Program Management Office (ARPA PMO) for review and approval prior to assignment to a project. c. The ARPA Project Managers shall work for, and at the direction of, the ARPA PMO. d. ARPA Project Managers shall collaborate with the Business Domain Teams as well as other teams within the STS Enterprise organization. e. Performance and Replacement of ARPA Project Managers. 1) The Contractor shall replace ARPA Project Managers timely if the State requests a replacement due to unsatisfactory performance within ten (10) business days of the States notification. Determination of unsatisfactory performance is at the sole discretion of the State. See Section 8.0.d for further requirements. 2) When an ARPA Project Manager separates from the Contractors employment, the Contractor shall offer a replacement to the State within ten (10) business days of notification. It is the Contractors responsibility to ensure continuity with the ARPA Project Manager role, which shall include forwarding email and phone calls to someone knowledgeable about the SOW until a replacement is appointed. 3) Regardless of the reason for replacement, the ARPA Project Manager shall be replaced with personnel of equal or greater qualifications as the removed or exiting personnel, with no increase in the hourly rate or total compensation set forth in this SOW in Section 5.1, below. f. Qualifications and Experience. ARPA Project Managers provided by the Contractor under this SOW shall possess the following qualifications and experience: 1) Minimum Qualifications: • Seven (7) years experience managing information technology projects including: • Managing projects using Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) methodology • Managing project teams of technical, program, and contract staff to complete tasks within estimated time frames and budget • Creating and managing project schedules Managed Service Provider • Managing project costs and budgets • Managing issues and risks • Managing changes to scope, schedule, and cost • Developing and delivering formal status updates and presentations to project sponsors • Managing contracts, monitoring vendor performance, and building productive relationships with vendors • Bachelors Degree in a related field, or a minimum of seven (7) years equivalent work experience 2) Required Skills / Abilities: • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment • Experience using Microsoft Office products, including MS Project 3) Preferred Experience or Skills / Abilities: • Experience working in the governmental sector (local, state, or federal) • Agile Scrum methodology • Planview Enterprise One project and portfolio management software • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • MBA or Masters degree • Atlassian Jira software   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
