Accountable for end to end business system analysis testing tasks, including leading project teams through testing, issue resolution, and implementation. Responsibilities: * Development, approval and management of the Implementation Test Strategy and each test stage Test Plan * Directs day-to-day tester activities based on the project plan and required task * Confirms that the test strategy/plans are communicated to stakeholders * Responsible for the development and management of a project plan for testing that supports the master project plan * Responsible for management of risk, issue, decision logs for the test work stream * Responsible for management of test scenarios and development of test metric reporting for each test phase * Accountable for management of defect logs through the test phases, including the tracking of overall defects, resolution, and provides status reports to the PMO. * Ensuring all quality standards and techniques are followed, including compiling and publishing artifacts and deliverables of the Ameriprise Project Management Methodology. * Identifying and communicating risks, issues and potential solution strategies along with providing status updates to the portfolio/project manager and/or senior leadership.
