Project Management Toolset: -ServiceNow and ServiceNow PPM -Project Management -Change Management -CMDB -Release Management -Issue Management -Risk Management -Making requests -Issues reporting -Microsoft Office 365 suite and applications -Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Skype, Visio, Team, Slack PREFERRED SKILLS: -Scrum Master or SAFe certified -Has experience working as a network support technician or engineer -Experienced with MS PPM RESPONSIBILITIES: -Be available to work outside of the traditional hours and days to facilitate project events. -Travel often to their Computing and Network Center located in Frederick, MD. -Can effectively work with diverse project team members and be able to instill a unified drive to achieve project objectives and milestones. -Bring network projects to completion, on schedule and within budget.
