Qualifications and Experience • Bachelors degree in information technology, business or another related field. • Three years of IT system analysis experience. o Note: Systems Analysis experience can substitute for education, year for year. Duties, Tasks, and Responsibilities • Work with the Scrum Team on developing solution requirements (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, automation test items, and other supporting requirements) to address RFC objectives. • Support Product Owner in maintaining and understanding the Teams Backlog. • Support fit/gap analysis of functional system requirements. • Support Scrum Team in reviewing the design documentation to ensure it is current, accurate, and maintained throughout sprints. • Contribute to development of user guides, reference manuals, training materials and code release artifacts as appropriate. • Actively participate in change management activities. • Works with Project Manager/Lead Product Owner/Lead Scrum Master to ensure compliance to System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). • Support and assist with the planning and execution of interface and data conversion design, development, testing and implementation. • Cross-functional Scrum Team player who will step in, as needed, for testing, product owner, or other functions.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
