Due date: 4/26/2019 Job Description: Coordinating multiple project teams (BA, QA, Technical, Executive Committee, Organizational Change, Training, etc.), ensuring adherence to project scope, managing project change control, monitoring and managing risk, tracking and reporting on project budget, overseeing project hiring/staffing, generating and maintaining a complex multi-phase project schedule, project status and communication delivery, leading and/or working with other leads and PMs to ensure smooth product delivery. Document management (using SharePoint primarily) and adherence to project processes and standards is also an essential responsibility to maintain control over this large-scale system and process modernization project. Mandatory Qualifications: 60 - 84+ Months experience overseeing projects comprised of multiple deliverables- Delegating and coordinating of tasks- Project status, meetings, scope changes; Candidate is able to work without assistance and can provide leadership for others; may have advanced education. 84 months experience managing all facets of scope, schedule, budget and quality utilizing project management methodology for complex IT application implementations Other qualifications: 72 months experience in maintenance of a multi-year project plan for an IT effort with several phases, milestones and resources 72 months experience as Project Manager for a $10M+ IT application implementation project 60 months experience as Project Manager in a government setting for projects involving multiple government agencies and the public 60 months experience as a Project Manager for projects requiring extensive business analysis and resulting in significant business process and organizational change 60 months experience managing and implementing projects utilizing industry standard development life cycle methodologies; with a focus on agile/iterative project planning and application development/execution. 12 months active PMP (Project Management Professional) certification   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
