Submission Deadline: 11/5/2018 at 3:00 PM EDT Start Date: 11/19/2018 End Date: 4/30/2019 Client: Minnesota Management and Budget (MMB) Description: Sample Tasks • Help manage respective PeopleSoft FMS/SCM modules to deployment including driving all related project tasks, objectives and milestones. • Direct and guide PeopleSoft 9.2 functionality decisions as they related to the client business processes. • Provide business process design, configuration and documentation for any new 9.2 functionality • Act as a liaison between the client functional and technical staff • Report status to Project Management Office (PMO) team and help draft regular communication across the project • Provide project estimates for changes in business process and/or additional new functionality • Track, escalate and document project risks, issues, decisions and changes to scope • Provide input and research into project recommendations and decisions • Work with software vendor to submit defects in delivered functionality • Provide other project related experience as necessary • Perform configuration analysis and documentation, especially as it relates to PeopleSoft 9.2 functionality • Help guide test preparation including test scenario and test script review and creation • Help guide interface review and analysis and create documentation on recommendations • Take lead for testing execution for the various test cycles • Create, document and track issues and resolution • Create input for communication and change management • Provide detailed analysis and input to training material • Provide input and review of complex system modifications • Complete functional specification documentation per standards • Review and analyze PeopleSoft security roles and permissions and document any changes and/or recommendations • Review and analyze PeopleSoft batch process schedule and dependencies using AppWorx or another batch scheduling tool and document any changes and/or recommendations • Review and analyze PeopleSoft workflow and document any changes and/or recommendations Minimum Qualifications • 7 years combined experience in PeopleSoft Supply Chain Management (SCM) and/or Financial Management Solutions (FMS) application business analyst roles • 1 year combined experience with PeopleSoft SCM or FMS on version 9.2 in a public sector environment (i.e., Federal, State, County, City, or Municipality government, or Higher Education) • 1 year combined experience with PeopleTools 8.54 or higher • 3 years combined experience in full lifecycle upgrades or implementations of PeopleSoft 9.1 or higher • 5 years combined experience with requirements gathering for ERP implementation • 3 years combined experience with creating test plans and testing requirements for PeopleSoft implementations • Ability to work on-site 5 days per week, Monday through Friday Desired Skills • Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 eSupplier Connection or Accounts Payable modules • Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 Strategic Sourcing or Purchasing modules • PeopleSoft v9.2 project deployed on PeopleTools 8.55 or higher in a public sector environment (i.e., Federal, State, County, City, or Municipality government, or Higher Education) • Experience with Fluid User Interface • Experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 (Level AA) and Section 508 (Subparts A-D) in a public sector environment (i.e., Federal, State, County, City, or Municipality government, or Higher Education)   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
