Responsibilities Create dozens of requests every month, through the web-based ticketing system to support ESPOs patching efforts. Be responsible of following up every ticket during its lifecycle (from Creation to Completion) and addressing roadblocks preventing tickets from moving through the different approval stages. Adapt to changing rules set by the organization when creating these requests (different templates and requirements that could change every few months). Reach out to team members involved in the work to be performed, to ensure tickets are closed and addressed in a timely manner. Communicate with multiple teams and follow up with individuals whose responses can span days or weeks. Address any ticket arbitrations in a timely manner to ensure the scheduled work dates are maintained as per the master work calendar. Reach out to multiple team members whenever a Preventative Action request is needed, in order to gather the appropriate information. Qualifications Strong technology (Web based systems / MS Office) and communication skills. Ability to enter data into a Web-based ticket system in order to create requests needed for Vulnerability Remediation Efforts. Attention to Detail so all information entered is accurate the first time. Organized Individual able to manage requests coming from multiple sources.
