Mandatory Skills: • 6-8 Years of Experience in Automation / Pega out of which at least 3 Years of Experience on Pega Robotics Platform. • Design and Develop the Integration between Pega Robotics and its components such as Robot Manager and Package manager. • Understanding of Windows/Web/Java app integration with Pega Robotics. • Experience leading a team of at least 4 RPA developers and be the primary point of contact for the Development team. • Ability and experience of working with junior developers and mentoring/coaching them • Hands-on requirement analysis, design, development and code migration experience in Pega Robotics. • Excellent object-oriented analysis and design skills and system integration skills. • Experience with process methodology, development methodologies (Agile, SDLC, and Iterative) strongly preferred. • Pega Robotics 8.0 experience required • Advantage of having Certified Robotics System Architect • Pega PRPC version 7.4 or later platform experience preferred • C# scripting and integration with Pega Robotics experience preferred • Excellent communication skill is required.
