They hired in a consulting firm to evaluate their current state of business to determine where they are able to use Pega moving forward and have identified 38 capabilities and will be working to implement those over the next couple of years. Looking for candidates with 2+ years of Pega development experience (CSSA not required but a plus) that are willing to “put their hands on the keyboard and develop”. Looking to hire candidates in either St. Louis or Franklin Lakes, NJ ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Analyze, design and support implementation of business-specific Pega solutions and/or frameworks Ability to create reusable components that can be leveraged across the enterprise for providing top-notch customer experience Good understanding of PEGA new case management features Perform regular code and design reviews Assist with planning and execution of unit, integration and user acceptance testing Provide regular updates team lead and project manager on project progress and outstanding issues QUALIFICATIONS 2-4 years of Pega development CSSA Certification not required but is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
