Job Description : · Location: Minneapolis (1st), Charlotte (2nd), Phoenix (if they have to) · Overview: o Currently an HR function handling displacement activity § When LOB adjusts the size of workforce they follow process in how they select people being displacement § Last year, they modified the process to make it more effective. · The business in HR created a SP site to organize activities. Businesses building solution on their own isnt ideal but it happens. · They are looking at how they can improve it long-term to make it more effective · To do it right, they need an expert to see how it is working and how to work it more effectively o SP site is already set up…. But need to retool/revamp to make it more effective. The business did a nice job on it but not suitable for the volume that will see this year § Look at current setup, make it better and then transition out of the business and be the admin for the tool until a new platform is determined · Skillset: o SharePoint experience--- workflows, notification, etc. o BA with SP experience could work · Day to Day: o SharePoint Admin. Understanding how the administration of SP site meets business needs… need an understanding o business requirements (not writing BRDs) o Interacting with business users. Technology doesnt support SharePoint. Should expect interaction with: 4 PMs, business users and Tech Enablement team members o Service Now or PEGA exp? § Need an understanding of what the business requirements are and if SP is meeting or failing those requirements. § Here is how we configure xyz solution… o Run more Agile, theyll have daily Scrum meetings and this person would have a role in attending meetings and being involved in the sprints This person would need to be able to step in an evaluate an existing business case repository on SharePoint, keep it in solid working order, enhance and improve as possible with significant increases in the volume of requests it supports.
