We should submit only GC,GC - EAD, L2-EAD,H4-EAD and Citizens. Job Description : Were looking for a Digital Visual Designer with strong creative and conceptual design sensibilities. Youll be involved in the visual aspect of web page and mobile design, design of icons and graphics, and production of multiple web and mobile properties. In this position you will apply a highly engaging and creative visual treatment to digital assets across a broad spectrum of digital properties and for a wide variety of user types. You will work closely with information and experience architects, developers, product managers and other team members as you build a best-of-class user experience. Having a strong understanding of designing for the web is required. Coding is not a requirement but it is best to have an understanding of what is possible on the web. As a Digital Visual Designer youll be asked to: • Create visual design concepts and compositions for digital experiences across multiple form factors (web, mobile, tablet, etc.). • Maintain the integrity of brand and design standards throughout all digital properties • Work with your User Experience team colleagues to support Humanas digital efforts by collaborating on new designs and design strategies, execute designs within current global UI / design pattern standards, and perform needed design maintenance on existing Humana digital properties • Provide UI / design pattern guidance, ensure that all digital properties follow Humanas global standards, and deliver needed concepts, assets, reviews and evaluations to development teams within and outside of Humana • Document visual design specifications and styles • Work with our team of front end developers to ensure that your vision becomes a reality and adjust work to fit technical requirements and limitations Key Competencies and Role Essentials • 3+ years web design experience • Bachelors degree in graphic design, web design, digital media, or relevant experience • Strong conceptual thinking, typography and visual design skills • Solid understanding of interface design and IA/UX/interaction design; strong interaction design skills is a plus • Understanding of HTML5 and CSS from a design perspective • Knowledge of current web design standards & best practices • A true understanding of UX principles and an advocate for User-Centered design • Experience designing for consumer-facing websites • Demonstrated ability to develop big ideas, and execute accurately against them in a highly collaborative environment • Intimate knowledge of Adobe CS applications • Proficient with: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office Role Desirables • Previous work experience in an agile environment process a plus • Some knowledge of responsive and mobile design is a plus • Optimizing designs for usability and browser compatibility • Ability to multi-task is of major importance • Experience designing engaging interactive experiences across multiple platforms (web, mobile, tablets, etc.) • Understanding and experience applying current accessibility standards Reporting Relationships • You will report to the Visual Design Manager within the UX Design Chapter of CDS.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
