Once candidate has established him/herself in the role, candidate will be tasked with mentoring other team members regarding analytics. Day-to-day: Will partner with user experience, user interface design and development, front end development, business owners and analytics teams to collect and analyze data that will allow for data-driven design and development of simple, intuitive and satisfying online user experiences. This role will be primarily responsible for identifying, researching and designing optimal data collection strategies that will be used to assess the effectiveness of online user experience designs and patterns. Role will also require candidates to work closely with front end development team to ensure proper implementation of tags, as well as the ability to analyze and identify behavioral trends applications across various platforms including desktop, mobile and tablet at Ameriprise.
