You will support design development across Visual Identity System, Brand Style Guide & core design asset + templates (lifestyle & payment photoshoot, proprietary typeface dev, motion/ illustration/ icon/ other corporate template dev, VIS training planning etc), and also provide various design reviews & feedbacks to cross functional teams and agencies. Core responsibilities may includes but not limited to • Manage core design asset development from end to end working alongside a design agency – e.g. illustration, icon & motion • Support & coordinate lifestyle & payment photoshoot • Support the development of the new Visual Identity System & Brand Style Guide – Assist with design reviews & input, have a point of view and always bring fresh perspectives – Design management & Project coordination – Manage & consolidate key stakeholder inputs, and craft and update decks as needed – Manage legal review process • Work closely with cross-functional partners in product design, .com, comms, sponsorship marketing, B2B marketing, and advertising agency and synthesis their VIS, design & asset needs + input • Support with providing various design consultation & feedback to cross-functional teams as needed • Support global VIS training from end to end – planning, review of training materials, various design dev support as needed etc You are a great fit if • You have a strong knowledge of design principles, brand design, visual identity, design system, typography, current industry and design trends • You think strategically; obsess over nuances and details to bring creativity to life • You have ability to work independently as well as collaboratively to move projects forward • You have excellent time & project management, and are able to multitask and prioritize effectively. • You have 3-5+ years of experience working in a creative agency or on in-house design team   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
