Serve as the WPII Project Communications Lead, liaise with other workstream counter parts to ensure integration with other workstreams, and deliver OCM information relating to project management, functional, technical, solution, and OCM needs. 2. Liaise and collaborate with the FDOTs Organizational Change Manager, WPII OCM Administrator, WPII OCM Lead, Project Management Office, Functional Coordinators, project vendors, and WPII Change Networks. 3. Manage and maintain project communications plan in collaboration with WPII OCM Administrator, WPII OCM Lead, Project Management Office, Functional Coordinators, project vendors, and WPII Change Networks. 4. Develop project communications material. 5. Ensure activities within the project communications plan are executed timely and provided to the appropriate target audience. 6. Analyze and disposition communications feedback, concerns, and trends to improve communications delivery, processes, and comprehension. 7. Manage and maintain the WPII Project Communications SharePoint site. 8. Responsible for developing, tracking, and reporting key project milestones, as they relate to project communications. 9. Assist the FDOTs Organizational Change Manager, WPII OCM Administrator, WPII OCM Lead, Project Management Office, Functional Coordinators, project vendors, and WPII Change Networks in identifying, prioritizing, and communicating opportunities for improved and/or supportive communications to achieve project goals. 10. Participate in and/or facilitate OCM workstream meetings, workshops, and implementation activities. 8 Job Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) 1. Knowledge of the principles, methods, practices, tools and techniques outlines in Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). 2. Knowledge of assessment and analytical process and practices. 3.
