A. Overview of LM System Scope The STATE is soliciting proposals for the procurement of software and associated services for a phased implementation and deployment of a comprehensive LM System for client. This is a comprehensive land management system that will manage data, business process workflows, customer interaction, and other essential functions supporting clients management of Trust Land Tracts—including surface and minerals (subsurface) business processes. Table 3-1 provides a summary of the main system components of the LM system. These capabilities may be provided by software hosted on-premise by the STATE and/or externally hosted cloud computing services. RFP Attachment A (Technical and Functional Requirements Matrix) provides detailed information about these components. B. LM System Scope Elements The scope of this RFP covers a range of technical components and services for system development and implementation for full deployment of the LM System. The intention is to acquire and implement a solution with necessary configuration and customization that meets client business requirements for managing trust lands and the business processes associated with them. The RFP encompasses a range of implementation services, including customization, external integration, data migration, training, and other services necessary for full LM System deployment.
