Requires working knowledge of and experience with networking, mobile and desktop technologies including, but not limited to, desktop operating systems, tablets, and smart phones (iOS and Android). Knowledge of Cisco networking and troubleshooting a plus. Must be able to work independently or as part of a team. Experience working with vendors for service and purchasing of hardware. In-state, day travel in State-owned vehicles is expected. Occasional long hours are possible, but limited. This is a 100% remote position with office visits as needed weekly. Applicants must reside within the State of Wisconsin. The DOC telecom group manages: • Polycom video infrastructure and endpoints • Mitel VoIP PBX and ACD • Teams Phone service • Telecommunication Company management • Iphone support • Airwatch • Apple Business Management • Video conferencing account management Minimally qualified applicants must have: • Working knowledge of Telecommunication concepts such as SIP, H323 and other VoIP technologies • Working knowledge of computer networking and troubleshooting • Knowledge of mobile technologies Position overview: Looking for an experienced Telecommunication Analyst to continue our support for our business partners and persons in our care. This individual will be assisting with supporting and installing telephones, cellphones and other video conferencing solutions.
