Author user stories, acceptance criteria and execute a portion of the testing on projects. Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with cross-functional internal teams as well as external partners to execute. Ensure product quality expectations are defined and known across the team. Be data centric to make informed product direction, whether in the form of competitive intel, A/B Testing, customer behavior, customer contact ticket analysis or other business metrics. Solicit and embrace critical feedback Will work closely with customer service, engineering, UX designers, Marketing and Site Merchandising team Monitor and measure launched products and feed learnings back into product development process Clearly communicate product plans, benefits and results, as appropriate, to both internal stakeholders and external stakeholders Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one?s time. Knowledge of software engineering, production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective product delivery. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, roadmap prioritization, resource allocation, and production methods. Experience delivering highly successful and innovative consumer Internet products with your fingerprints all over them which youre extremely proud of what youve accomplished.
