Specific responsibilities include: Create and manage the SEA Retail Team part numbers for the entire inventory at third-party vendor warehouse, which is critical for the end-to-end product life cycle, with the use of MS Excel V-Lookup and pivot table functionalities Review and process order approvals submitted through consolidators retail support portal Schedule shipments Strategic Project assets and partner with Samsung Security to clearly communicate the whereabouts, distribution, and recovery of serialized assets as needed Reconcile data from multiple internal systems with Consolidators inventory and transaction reporting Initiate and approve adjustments across multiple systems for lost/stolen assets Communicate reorder requirements to Retail procurement based on repair and maintenance usage Work with procurement team for ETAs on all inbound orders, tracking through delivery Track/enforce asset recovery in partnership with SEA security Responsible for coverage on POS data maintenance items included but not limited to: Item setup, PO data reconciliation, keying POs Responsible for coverage on Consolidator data maintenance items included but not limited to: item setup, inbound log entry, etc. Validate internal asset tracking systems against the 3rd Party Consolidators system of record, researching and resolving disparities Monitor and track internal workstream SCM deliverables beginning at kickoff through merchandising reset completion Report merchandising returns compliance for multiple national retailer and carrier accounts Support assigned organizations to fulfill procurement needs and requirements for product development projects and activities Identify and resolve invoicing problems and issues between internal accounting partners and vendors Build relationships with our field sales team to foster ongoing support Interpret data from the aforementioned business systems, creating and distributing clear written (email) and visual (PowerPoint) communications in a manner understandable and actionable for the broader organization Background & Competencies Required: Bachelors Degree or 2-5 years with a retailer in a supply chain, procurement, or analytics environment Advanced skills in Excel, including developing macros and linking spreadsheets Intermediate to advanced skills in PowerPoint Knowledge of SAP inventory and logistics system ideal Experience organizing and interpreting large amounts of Ad Hoc data Experience with item level inventory forecasting and replenishment Strong organizational and time management skills Experience researching and resolving store inventory issues including inventory receipts, damages, and returns Proactive and organized communicator with a facility for building relationships Candidate must be comfortable professional enforcing business rules while maintaining rapport Self-starter, high level of personal accountability, and innovative individual Experience and comfort adapting to change in a fast-paced environment Ability to work flexible hours with some travel required (<15%) Top 3 must-have skills/requirements Experience analyzing and improving supply chain data, information and processes Advanced skills in Excel, including developing macros and linking spreadsheets Pr   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
