Sets up process for monitoring, tracking, and trending department data. Prepare any state mandated reports and analysis. Work with internal, external and enterprise clients as needed to research, develop, and document new standard reports or processes. Implement and use the analytics software and systems to support the departments goals. Documentation - BRDs, RRDs, SOPs Supplemental reporting details Flow charting Tableau visualizations Effort management: Facilitate meetings to gather requestor requirements, status updates, working with our support groups (EIM), and occasional client surveying New data exchange implementations Short-term goal is to deliver reports and visualizations Long-term goal is streamline reporting and customer experience UM Data Analysis to provide insights into PA review TAT, consistency of decision, and overall trending Pharmacy and medical claims analysis to identify trends in utilization Pharmacy and medical claims analysis to identify gaps in care Pharmacy and medical claims help manage drug spend and quality of care provided to members Required Experience: 2-4 years of relevant work experience. Experience with MS Office applications required, especially strong Excel skill. Experience with data management and analysis preferred. Must have strong quantitative and analytical skills. Some experience in health care industry or pharmacy claims desired. Remote conditions This position will be full time hours, and the candidate can be located anywhere in the US as this will be 100% remote.
