Job Description Manager: Project Management Tools, PMP, SharePoint, Microsoft Office

NOTE(1):Resume for a maximum of ONE (1) candidate The Department is seeking a Project Manager with the following minimum qualifications (must be clearly stated on the resume and verifiable via reference checks): • Bachelor of Science/Arts degree • 7+ years of project management experience including 3 years of supervisory experience • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale projects with the following characteristics: o Managing multiple projects or programs within a matrix environment o Managing staff resources across multiple projects o Multi-million dollar budget o Very large high-profile projects • Demonstrated experience developing multi-year, resource-leveled project schedules • Demonstrated experience preparing status updates and providing executive briefings • Demonstrated ability to facilitate large focus-group sessions, webinars, interviews, or other meetings • Demonstrated ability to produce business or technical documentation related to the requirements, specifications, design, or training • An understanding of State of Florida rules and regulations is desirable • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint is desirable
