Description :

It requires the services ofoneProject Manager, hereafter referred to as Worker(s), who meets the general qualifications of ITSACProject Manager1Category,CoreTechnology Type and the specifications outlined in this document for the City of Cedar Park (COCP) Enterprise.

All work products resulting from the project shall be considered “works made for hire” and are the property of the COCP. COCP may include pre-selection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Workers) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by the Texas law. COCP will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Worker(s).

The City of Cedar Park is requesting the services of a certified Project Manager familiar with ChangePointsDaptiv PPM. The City was 75% through application implementation when the Citys IT Project Manager resigned. We are seeking a certified PM to help finish the project. This will entail validating data already input to the system and entering the remaining. The goal is to have a fully functional solution that allow City IT Managers to easily produce metrics such as staff capacity planning, hours estimated vs. actual and other typical PM related metrics.
