This includes scoping the project and gathering business requirements, staffing projects with the appropriate resources and skillsets and defining their roles and responsibilities. Coordinating and monitoring project activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budgets and ensuring the delivery of a product that meets stakeholder requirements. It also includes creation and maintenance of project plans with detailed tasks, establishing and running project status meetings with team members. • Communication – Establishing regular meetings with ANF stakeholders (Project Management Office, Senior IT and Business Management) to communicate project status to including the articulation of impediments, risk analysis, mitigation plan, timeline and budget impacts; ensuring that scope, user requirements, deliverables and approvals are defined and documented; publishing status updates and reports to project and ANF stakeholders. Qualifications Required: • Minimum of 10 years experience as a Project Manager in a dynamic environment in a fast-paced setting required with multiple executive stakeholders representing a variety of interests • Experience coordinating and supporting business and IT projects of various sizes and complexity including planning, scheduling, and managing budgets • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with management, technical and business stakeholders • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, communication and negotiation skills • Proven track record as an effective team leader, mentor and change agent • Both traditional software development and commercial package integration project management experience in a team-based cross-functional environment • Experience using Project Management tools and applications • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Familiar with CA Clarity or use of another specific project repository tool • Experience with State Government a plus • Advanced degree is strongly preferred   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
