Provides best practices, concepts, techniques, standards, processes, and methodology to ensure quality project management throughout the project life cycle using the Clarity application. Perform Assurance and Compliance to IT established standards and guidelines, weekly variance analysis and reporting, and documentation. Will also be a key contributor supporting our Clarity application and initiatives, including project sizing, demand management, annual planning and Clarity Modern UX Implementation. Document, resolve, communicate resolution of technical issues related to the Clarity Application (Open Workbench). Participate as part of the testing/validation team when implementing changes, releases, patches, or upgrades. Candidate must be a self-starting team player, able to manage multiple assignments at one time; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Critical thinking skills and the ability to problem solve; Ability to track detailed schedules and keep initiatives on task; Strong organizational skills including attention to detail; Clarity and PMO experience a plus.
