Experience in complex transactional consumer facing user flows preferred, and experience with responsive design is a plus. Position requirements: * Leads cross functional, multidisciplinary, collaborative UCD (User Centered Design) teams * Coordinates the creative effort of projects assigned, under the guidance and direction of the DEA and Creative Director * Works with digital user experience design teams to organize, schedule and control the creative effort of projects while effectively managing scope and budget * Brings perspective that incorporates leading and emerging practices from the digital landscape to identify valuable concepts and applies these in innovative ways to meet business and user needs and expectations * Responsible for UX Teams compliance to UCD processes and design quality standards Understand and clarify project scope, research goals, timelines, and priority * Accountable for delivery of all digital artifacts to ensure they reflect all aspects of the UX solution (UI framework and flows, DVTS components/deviations, conditional interactions and error states, final content/copy) Other desired requirements: * 5+ years of industry experience and 4+ years in user experience architecture or visual design, and minimum of 2 years of team leadership experience * Experience in Project Management/analysis * Highly skilled in UX architecture or UX visual design * Ability to lead productive teams of UX practitioners to deliver quality user experiences in a collaborative, cross-disciplinary structure, bringing out the best in their teams * Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
