** Only W2 Employee - No Subcontracting

** Can submit at higher rate

*** Over Time is paid at 1.420 times
OT - Extra Hours on Weekdays and Saturdays

*** Double Time is paid at 2.0 times
DT - Hours worked on Sundays

Clarity Systems Adminstrator

Position Purpose:
Reporting into Fiservs Enterprise Technology Corporate Systems organization, the System Administrator will be responsible for administering a on premise or hosted environment of Clarity Release 12. This position requires the ability to understand business processes/requirements and configure the out-of-the-box Clarity system accordingly. The position requires strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, detailed technical development knowledge, and proven leadership capabilities. The System Administrator will be part of a core team supporting Clarity. The System Administrator will also be responsible for supporting the deployment of Clarity to multiple business units across the enterprise.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
· Maintain integrity of the operating system environment
· Configure new users and permissions, security groups, rights management, job scheduling/monitoring, maintenance scheduling
· Performs workstation and server administration setup
· Coordinates disk space planning and management
· Maintains growth status, space forecasts, tape libraries and software and hardware inventories
· Performs system software upgrades including planning/scheduling, testing and coordination
· Debug problems reported by user community
· Develop technical and end user training documents & assist with training new users
· Develop working relationship and act as liaison with the 3rd party hosting vendor
· Maintain and execute an application enhancement list using a defined release schedule
· Understand and ensure compliance with contractual stipulations for the hosted environment
· Implementations & Configuration (40%)
· Monitors and maintains continuity with system software licensing and maintenance agreements
· Gather user requirements and translate into Clarity functionality & best practices
· Implement and configure the out-of-the-box Clarity PPM solution
· Provides recommendations regarding hardware and system software planning and budgeting
· Maintains production change control schedule and participates in change control
· Assist with developing Project Plans for implementation of upgrades or enhancements
· Organize, lead and participate in technical related meetings with IT and Clarity technical representatives around the health of the application and maintenance of the application.
· Designs and implements best practices around Clarity from the support and maintenance point of view. (i.e. time slice configurations, data mart configurations, process cleanup, disk space, etc)
· Contribute to policies and procedures surrounding use of Clarity application modules
· Manages and coordinates any outages with hosted team and internal support team

Required Qualifications:
Education – Bachelor degree, or equivalent, in engineering, computer technology, or related disciplines.

Job Related Experience:
· 3+ years experience as a system administration and/or development in a Clarity environment
· 1+ years experience in CA Clarity Release 12


Additional Skills/Knowledge:
· Extensive knowledge of Demand Manager, Project Manager, Process Manager, Resource Manager, Portfolio Manager, Reporting and Analytics, and Portals within Clarity
· Medium level of expertise in development of box Clarity Portlets and Clarity Data Model
· Experience around timesheets/time period close
· Experience with security maintenance
· Experience with open work bench and MSP integrations
· MS Offi
