The PM in this role will develop and manage the plan to move a program from health and welfare to another agency. Theyll need to plan out and manage all the logistics, the timeline/schedule, determine technical needs, potential policies and procedures, plan transition of equipment, staff, etc. Submitted candidates should have experience planning and managing an office/agency/programs physical move from one location to another.. An ideal candidate will also be highly organized and strategic in developing a path for this transition and executing that plan. Candidate will be expected to work with leadership and teams in both agencies and present progress reports on a regular basis. This transition includes both technical (e.g. supporting IT systems, computers) and non-technical (e.g. people, processes, policies). Job description: • Lead the transition from beginning to end, identifying schedule, scope, budget, implementation plan, and risk mitigation • Coordinate resources in both agencies and collaborate as needed to ensure buy in • Analyze project progress and adapt when necessary • Establish and maintain relationships and provide updates to appropriate audiences as needed Specific skills: • 5+ years project management experience, using both traditional and agile project management methods and tools • Strong organizational skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to deadline and ability to adapt plans • Ability to actively work to expose issues as early as possible and work with Management to resolve • Ability to identify decision-making issues and key stakeholders, develop and implement strategies to encourage and obtain stakeholder and/or community awareness and support, and identify project partners Preferred qualifications: • Experience working with Idaho state agencies • Experience interpreting and explaining specialized or complex material and turning into information usable by the public   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
