If the contractor is unable to meet a mandatory requirement, the contractors proposal may be considered unacceptable and eliminated from the further consideration for award. Desirable attributes are highly desired requirments that include “should” or “highly desirable” within the requirement (e.g. The contractor should provide maintenance, OR, it is highly desirable that the contractor provide maintenance.). The contractor is not required to comply/provide desirable attributes, but the contractor is advised that the contractors ability to provide desired attributes may be reflected in the subjective evaluation. All costs for proposed desirable attributes must be included in the PAQ Pricing Pages. The scope of work for this PAQ is to secure the following resources for the duration of 6 months. Some of the duties include but are not limited to: • Develop, Maintain, Coordinate, Align, and Report on the Project Management Plans • Work closely with state agency, the vendor, and ITSD on managing the overall IT Project Initiatives for the state. • Coordinate, Align and Manage the Overall Project Work Plan • Develop, Review, Comment, and Report on Project Artifacts • The Contractor is expected to provide a high level of engagement throughout the project from start to finish; be proactive, not passive or reactive; actively help identify and track risks and issues, recommend and implement actions to mitigate risks and issues, not just report on problems • Fully engage in early project stages for advising, planning, and assisting in a cohesive implementation consistent with the strategic vision • Provide regular planning and activity tracking across projects applying corrective/preventative actions as needed to stay on schedule; and assist with the testing planning, review, environment preparations, and oversight throughout the project life cycle. • Interact daily with the Project Management Team, Application Development team, Project Sponsor, Project Director and Vendor • Manage ITSD deliverables as assigned • Control and monitor the ITSD initiatives by focusing on specific work streams, and other duties as assigned. • Strong writing skills and experience in developing a variety of written products.
