It is currently executing phase 2 of a 3-phase project Project Manager Contractor Expected Skills: Must have a Bachelors degree in business management, finance, information technology, computer science or related discipline with 5-10 years experience managing complex CFS projects, including business intelligence/data analytics development/migration/implementation projects Ability To: • Design and deliver presentations clearly and concisely to senior management • Work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment • Facilitate meetings and follow up with resulting action items • Resolve complex problems quickly in a high pressured and time sensitive environment • Prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure – fast paced environment • Lead and influence cross-organizationally with and without direct authority Required Skills: • Develop and maintain effective relationships with client, client management, direct supervisors and reports, and project team members • Work with diverse and varied functional users • Interact effectively with highly technical personnel and with a wide variety of technical resources • Translate and communicate highly technical concepts, information, plans, and procedures to both highly technical personnel and non-IT business users • Manage government and vendor personnel to assure all required deliverables and performance criteria are met • Prepare comprehensive supporting plans in the areas of quality control, risk management, change management, testing, etc. • Manage project development process to include monitoring project scope and change control processes • Knowledge of the Project Management process, procedures, documentation, checklists, and reporting criteria • Knowledge and demonstrated ability to conduct detailed planning, project testing, and perform risk assessments and their associated risk mitigation • Knowledge of project management related IT standards and software • Possess conflict resolution skills, negotiation and mediation skills, problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent written and oral communications skills • Knowledge and demonstrated ability with Microsoft Project (Microsoft Project Online/Server knowledge/experience desired)   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
