The Sr. Project Manager will sit within the Digital Marketing team and will work closely with Client marketing stakeholders to ideate, scope, manage and deliver a variety of web projects. The Sr. Project Manager should have a strong technical aptitude and experience in a web development capacity. A successful candidate will have the ability to scope and translate business requirements into technical requirements and solutions. The ability to track and trace requirements from scope to delivery, report on progress and guide key business conversations and decisions in support of on time delivery while maintaining a high bar for quality is key. An eye for detail, extremely strong communications skills and the ability to partner in a cross-functional and integrated team environment is a must. Highly qualified candidates will have experience operating in an Agile environment with strong technical documentation skills. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 7 years experience as a Project Manager Minimum 2 years experience in a Senior Role Minimum 5 years experience in a Digital Marketing Environment Familiarity with Website Design and Development processes Detail orientated with a rigor for adhering to Project Management Best Practices Experience interacting with and driving engagement with C-suite and above Experience delivering websites from scope to completion including integrated solutions Experience in owning and managing a backlog, defining complex technical scopes from high level business requirements and creating well-structured clear user stories is required Proficiency in Project Management tools such as MS Project, Jira and Excel Knowledge and experience coordinating the UAT and QA Process Strong business acumen People management and team building skills Demonstrated ability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organization Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment Desired Skills (Nice to have but not Mandatory) Drupal Experience a plus Knowledge of and familiarity with Agile Methodologies Agile Certification (CSM, CSPO) Digital Agency experience a plus PM Certification Develop, track and manage project scope, project plans, timelines and deliverables Manage project resources including procuring project staff, developing, motivating, coaching and advising Partner closely with other members of functional project teams to define business requirements Lead teams of developers in the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business needs Define test plans and ensure that products are defect free before User Acceptance Testing Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process, developing rollout plans and procedures Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilized Make presentations to steering committees or project sponsors   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
