Collaborate with the COTS vendor during analysis and implementation phases, support testing activities, and shepherd business process revisions. For Project Management, initial project management tasks will be designed to ensure OFR is poised to begin an FRQQ process for a COTS system. *This PM position will be required to do all the functions of a level 2 project manager from the date of hire through the full implementation. Providing the documentation needed to move the project forward and keeping everyone on track for a full speedy implementation in a short timeframe. *Work Requirements *Senior-Level Program Manager Qualifications: *Senior-Level PM will assist in the development and maintenance of all Project Documents, Budgets, Schedules, and the Vendor Procurement Process / Project Development Process / Implementation Process as well as including, but not limited to, the following tasks: *Developing project documents *Developing written estimates of time and resources required to implement COTS. *Overseeing the development of technical specifications for system changes and improvements. *Identifying and analyzing data and developing reports and other communications to provide meaningful information for decision-making, prioritizing resources *Responding to requests and for future planning etc. *Identifying and analyzing risks associated with change, recommending mitigating measures and solutions *Effectively communicating information for the purpose of having others learn, *Understand and apply standard principles, techniques or topic specific information required for a technology project of this scope. *Preparing, or receiving from systems analyst, detailed specifications to describe sequence of steps that program must follow and input, output, and logical *Keeping the project on task through implementation *Working with the successful COTS contractor to insure all OFR needs are met and contract stays on schedule. *Traceability matrices. *Adhering to deliver schedules.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
