Personally understand all aspects of the project and stay informed on an ongoing basis. Able to communicate progress and issues to all audiences as needed - Initiate, plan, execute, control, track/report and close a project or sub projects from an overall and day to day perspective - Act as a role model by providing leadership and direction for team members in areas that affect projects, tasks and deliverables - Roll up his/her sleeves and get involved in the details of the project work to ensure the project is moving forward as planned and business expectations will be met - Work on multiple, simultaneous initiatives of which he/she will apply applicable business and technical acumen - Participate in the development of cost benefit analyses, associated budgets and tracking of actual cost spent vs. budget and regularly report on project status to management - Identify, assess, prioritize, manage project risks and issues - Ensure that applicable regulatory directives are complied with e.g. Sarbanes-Oxley, current privacy legislation Qualifications: -Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Information Services preferred -Four to six years consulting experience preferred. -Eight to twelve years experience, and four years in program/project management. 6+ years of experience with ERP Projects implementation.
