Responsibilities: The senior CM business analyst drives the analytics effort supporting the CRM marketing and transactional email and notification programs at eBay. This includes program performance deep dives and transform these insights into actionable recommendations to help the product and marketing teams drive decision making in future campaigns, as well as identify novel strategic opportunities. The responsibilities also encompass the ownership of the experimentation analytics from the adequacy of test design to the relevance of test measurements, enabling a strong decision process. This person will come in later on those days as well so there is no OT.) IV Process: 1. 3 rounds of interviews a. 1-2 people from business side, b. 1-2 people from engineering side, c. and 1-2 other people from the team to finish it out - Top 3 Must Have Skills o Ability to drive projects from start to end o Data Analytics project experience o AB testing experience - Supporting the customer marketing team o This team is responsible for all of the new feature launches within the eBay app. o Measurement specialists that sit in Shanghai are collaborating with this team. o A lot of this role is going to be about testing and supporting the engineers on this team. - Day-to-day: o Work with the engineering teams and the product owner to ensure they are having all of the support they need. - 5+ YOE give or take a year or 2 (More YOE required if they dont have a masters degree) - Any experience with a CRM is a plus - AB testing experience required - Stakeholder management experience required - Data analysis skills required - Data Analysis Skills v.
